Joe's Baby Is Back!
In the mid-1980's, Joe Nuxhall, a man who never went to college, started a golf outing with the hopes of providing scholarships for student-athletes in his local community.
Now, 39 years later, that outing is still going strong and thanks to Joe's vision and foresight, nearly $1,000,00 in scholarships have been awarded!
Every year, Joe looked forward to his outing as one of his favorite days on the calendar. You can honor The Ole Lefthander's legacy by playing or sponsoring in this year's event.

Rounding Third and Heading for College!
Your support of our golf outing primarily benefits The Joe Nuxhall Memorial Scholarship, which has a legacy as storied as The Ole Lefthander himself. In conjunction with The Fairfield Community Foundation, the fund awards $2,000 in scholarship money to all 14 Butler County High Schools, public and private (that's a total of $28,000 awarded each year). Schools choose to award the money to one student or split the funds equally. Since the scholarship's inception, nearly $1,000,000 has been awarded to support college-bound student-athletes of character.
Other beneficiaries of The Joe Nuxhall Memorial Golf Outing include The Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields, and The Joe Nuxhall Character Education Fund.
